This is done so that people do not compete to buy basic necessities in quantities that exceed reasonable levels which can cause scarcity and price increases.

In between activities, the man who is familiarly called Abah Anton also appealed to the public to buy basic necessities in sufficient quantities according to their needs in order to maintain price stability and control inflation in Malang City.

"I also appeal to distributors of basic commodities not to hoard goods and to help maintain price stability so that they remain affordable for the public," he added.

Through this monitoring, it can be seen that the availability of basic necessities in Malang City ahead of Christmas and New Year 2017 is considered quite safe and sufficient for the community's needs.

Meanwhile, Pertamina also guarantees the availability of BBM (Fuel Oil) and LPG in Malang City will meet the needs of the community, where Malang City needs approximately 1 million cylinders per month, and to face the end of the year the amount of supply will be increased by 5 to 10 percent.
