Klojen, MC – The Public Information Division of the Malang City Communication and Informatics Service (Kominfo) held an activity called 'Optimizing the Role of PPID (Information and Documentation Management Officers_ed) of Public Bodies SKPD within the Malang City Government' at the Same Hotel Malang, Friday (9/12).
Secretary of the Malang City Communication and Information Service Drs. Farid Wahyudi, MM in his speech representing the Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service who was unable to attend said that in this era, the community needs good service. For that, an activity like this is very necessary to improve the human resources of PPID in Malang City so that they can better serve the community.
"In the current era of reform, society is increasingly critical. To be able to carry out the mandate well from the community, all ranks of the PPID of Malang City must continue to improve their abilities," explained Farid, Friday (9/12).
If the human resources available are increasingly good at providing services to the community, Farid is confident that in the future Malang City will be even more superior in various fields.
This activity presents two speakers who are competent in their fields, namely from the East Java Provincial Information Commission Dra. Zulaikha, M.Si and Agus Dwi M., S.Sos, M.Si from the East Java Provincial Communication and Information Service.
In line with the Secretary of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, the Head of the Public Information Division (BIP) of the Malang City Communication and Information Service Dra. Ani Rahmawiyati, M.Si confirmed that the activities attended by SKPD within the Malang City Government were very important.
"We hope that this activity can be utilized by participants to explore many things from the resource persons. We hope that participants can make the most of this opportunity," explained Ani.
The resource person from the East Java Provincial Information Commission, Zulaikha, admitted that along with the development of technology, the existence of a truly professional PPID is increasingly needed. Therefore, all SKPDs in Malang City must explore as much knowledge as possible in order to carry out their duties and functions properly. (cah/yon)
