This was expressed by the Mayor of Malang H. Moch. Anton in the 2016 KONI Malang City Members Meeting at the Ubud Hotel Malang, Saturday (24/12).
The Mayor of Malang, who is familiarly called Abah Anton, hopes that the name of Malang City can be raised through sports in various events, both at regional, national and international levels.
Therefore, KONI Malang City, which oversees sports branches in Malang City, must continue to be enthusiastic in spurring the sports branches it oversees to continue to achieve.
"This year-end meeting is a forum for evaluation and to strengthen KONI Malang City's programs in 2017," he added, Saturday (24/12).
The presence of all sports branch administrators in all members of KONI Malang City is a golden opportunity to see what has been done and also improve deficiencies so that in the future the achievements of sports branches under the auspices of KONI Malang City will continue to increase.
