Sutiaji said that this sudden inspection was a form of his attention to all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Malang City Government. "Through this sudden inspection, I hope to further improve the performance of ASN in serving the community," said the PKB politician.
The Malang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Office was the first to be visited by the Deputy Mayor who is known to be friendly and has a lot of smiles. In fact, on that occasion he also emphasized that all ASN at BPKAD should first focus on the disbursement of January 2017 salaries for ASN Malang City. "It must be disbursed by January 6 at the latest," Sutiaji appealed.
The delay in salary disbursement was caused by the existence of a new SOTK in the Malang City Government, so that new regulations are still needed, especially regarding the proposal of treasurers in each SKPD.
In addition to BPKAD, the Deputy Mayor also conducted surprise inspections at the Government Section, Organization Section, Regional Personnel Agency (BKD), Social Welfare Section, Goods/Services Procurement Services Section, Planning, Research and Development Agency and the Secretariat of the Malang City DPRD.
Meanwhile, during a visit to the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) office, the man who was also a member of the Malang City DPRD emphasized employee discipline, because the BKD's task is not easy, because it concerns the fate of employees and of course it requires precision.
"Don't let any employee be late in their promotion, or their time to undergo education and training and BKD must also be firm against violations committed by civil servants," he said. (say/yon)
