Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – Deputy Mayor of Malang Drs. Sutiaji led the morning assembly in Kedungkandang District, Tuesday (14/2). Kedungkandang District Head Drs. Pent Haryoto, MM was also seen attending the assembly in addition to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of Kedungkandang District.
In the morning assembly, Deputy Mayor Sutiaji emphasized the importance of improving public services which are the foundation of governance.
Therefore, to achieve excellent public services as expected by the community, it is necessary to support this by improving the performance plans of regional apparatus.
In addition, Sutiaji also advised that the regional apparatus performance plan be adjusted to the stages of government administration, so that coordination, integration, and synchronization need to be carried out.
"The goal is for the State Civil Apparatus in each sub-district to truly carry out their duties in accordance with applicable laws, especially in the field of public services," he explained.
Not only that, Sutiaji also emphasized that regional apparatus at the sub-district and village levels should be more reactive by providing reports to the Mayor of Malang and Deputy Mayor of Malang if problems occur in the field.
The goal is that all forms of problems can be coordinated and resolved together. That way, improving the quality of public services and also improving the performance of sub-district level regional apparatus can be done well and measurably. "If there is a problem in the sub-district, report it immediately, because it is for the sake of improving the quality of service to the community," said Sutiaji.
It was also said that the emphasis on tasks for ASN at the sub-district and village levels would be carried out periodically every Tuesday so that all planned public service programs could be implemented well this year. (say/yon)
