In addition to aiming to improve services and provide convenience in paying taxes to the public, BP2D Malang City officers also conduct data collection on potential new Taxpayers (WP) in surrounding locations such as WP Restaurants.
"This has become a routine agenda of BP2D to provide extra services for restaurant taxpayers so that they can directly pay their tax obligations at their business location," said Head of Data Collection, Registration and Determination (P3) of BP2D Malang City, Dwi Cahyo Teguh Y., S.Sos, MM, Thursday (16/02).
He added that BP2D also conducted data collection on potential new businesses so that they could later become registered taxpayers at BP2D. When opening a service at one of the malls on Jl. Veteran Malang yesterday, Thursday (16/2) Rp 22.635.279 from 30 restaurant taxpayers. Meanwhile, 36 new restaurant taxpayers have been recorded by officers and will register their businesses directly at the BP2D Office of Malang City starting next week.
On other occasions, the types of taxes that can be paid on the spot not only Restaurant Tax, but also Advertising Tax and Land and Building Tax (PBB).
So people who are visiting shopping centers can immediately make payments directly on the spot. In addition to collecting regional taxes, BP2D officers also provide socialization to the public who want to know the ins and outs of the world of regional taxation and how to pay it, both through manual systems and cash systems. or e-Tax.
Head of BP2D Malang City Ir. Ade Herawanto, MT said that this outreach service was encouraged with the hope that taxpayers would no longer waste time and energy by leaving their place of business just to pay their restaurant tax to the BP2D Office at the Kedungkandang Integrated Office.
