Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In order to follow up technically on the Corruption Prevention Seminar in the Goods/Services Procurement Process, the Goods/Services Procurement Service Section of the Malang City Regional Secretariat yesterday, Thursday (9/3) held a Technical Guidance activity on Preparing Own Estimated Prices (HPS) and Contracts for Commitment Making Officials (PPK) at the Trio Indah 2 Hotel, Malang.
The event was attended by 110 people consisting of PPK of all SKPDs in the Malang City Government. The Regional Secretary of Malang City Dr. Idrus, M.Si in his speech when opening the event said that every year this technical guidance has been held routinely.
Preparation of HPS and work contracts are very important components in the procurement process of goods/services. With good intentions, later the PPK can implement the procedures for preparing HPS and work contracts properly and correctly so that the procurement process of goods/services can be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. And also the implementation of work runs safely and avoids unwanted legal risks.
"Hopefully, the material presented by the resource person can be accepted, understood, and comprehensively comprehended by the participants of the technical guidance," explained Idrus.
This technical guidance activity brought in a resource person from the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP) Tjipto P. Nugraha who in his presentation emphasized integrity in the goods/services procurement process. (say/yon)
