Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City PKK Task Force (TP) received a visit for a comparative study from the TP PKK of Southeast Sulawesi Province led by the Chairperson of the TP PKK of Southeast Sulawesi Province Dra. H. Tina Nur Alam, MM. This visit was received directly by the Deputy Chairperson of the TP PKK Malang Dra. Penny Indriani in the Meeting Room of the Malang City Hall, Tuesday (21/3).

Tina said that the arrival of the PKK group from Southeast Sulawesi to Malang City was in the context of an inter-regional study. As is known, the Malang City PKK TP recently won national achievement in the family medicinal plant utilization competition (Toga).
"We deliberately came to Malang City to see up close what PKK Malang City did so that it could become a champion. In Southeast Sulawesi we also want to develop toga well," said Tina, Tuesday (21/3).
In addition to Malang City, Tina said that the TP PKK group of Southeast Sulawesi Province consisting of 40 people will also conduct inter-regional studies in Blitar Regency and Bali.
In Malang City, Tina said that her party wanted to see firsthand how Toga is managed. Starting from the cultivation process, processing, packaging, to marketing.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chairperson of TP PKK Malang City Dra. Peny Indriani welcomed the visit from TP PKK Southeast Sulawesi Province. According to her, with a visit like this, the two regions can learn from each other and exchange knowledge to jointly advance their regions.
"We are grateful for the achievement of PKK in 2016 which won the national championship, currently many regions want to see directly to Malang City. Including today PKK from Southeast Sulawesi," said Penny. (cah/yon)
