Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton emphasized to State Administrative Officials, especially at the sub-district level to be more careful and precise in making decisions so as not to cause conflict with the interests of the community.
This was stated by the Mayor of Malang, who is familiarly called Abah Anton, when opening the technical guidance for State Administrative Officials of the Malang City Government which was held at the Regent's Park Hotel, Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto, Malang City, Wednesday (29/3).
In the era of open information like today, he added, the public, especially those in Malang City are increasingly smart and critical in assessing a State Administration decision. Therefore, officials in the Malang City Government who are authorized in this matter must better understand various things about State Administration and State Administrative Courts.
"We see lately many State Administration decisions in various regions that have an impact on lawsuits because they conflict with the community. Therefore, with this technical guidance, I hope that officials, especially at the sub-district level, can improve their knowledge about this matter," said Abah Anton.
It was also explained that with the existence of technical guidance like this, it can further improve the quality of service to the community so that the development goals in Malang City can be achieved with a perfect degree. "I hope that public services can be even better in the future, so that they can support development," he hoped.
This technical guidance for State Administrative Officials of the Malang City Government was attended by all sub-district heads with a total of 57 participants and was held for two days starting yesterday, Wednesday (29/3) until today, Thursday (30/3).
Speakers from the State Administrative Court, Malang District Court, and academics were presented to improve the knowledge, skills and quality of the village heads in making State Administrative decisions and their legal consequences. (say/yon)
