Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – Coinciding with the 103rd Anniversary of Malang City which in 2017 falls on Saturday, the Population and Civil Registration Service (Dispendukcapil) of Malang City opened a ready-to-use population document service, Saturday (1/4). Since morning, hundreds of residents have come and queued at the Malang City Dispendukcapil Office located in the Integrated Office Building on Jl. Mayjen Sungkono, Malang City.

Head of Dispendukcapil Malang City, Dra. Eny Hari Sutiarny, MM said that this service is also a form of devotion and service to the community. He said that the temporary KTP has the same function as the e-KTP in general. "This temporary KTP was made because the material for making e-KTP has not been distributed by the central government," he explained.
The veiled woman added that out of 892 thousand, there are around 23 thousand Malang City residents who have not recorded their e-KTP data. In this program, the Malang City Population Office does not target the number of residents who record and make temporary KTPs, because the most important thing now is to continue to provide the best service to the community.
Meanwhile, for the 23 thousand residents of Malang City who have not yet recorded their data, Eny said that her party is targeting it to be implemented by July 2017. "We will continue to provide appeals and socialization to residents to immediately record their data," she explained.
"We only focus on providing services, so that the community's need for primary identity can be met properly," he added.
In addition to serving data recording and making temporary ID cards, yesterday Dispendukcapil also served several population administration such as birth certificates, death certificates, change of address, and others. All services yesterday could be completed that day as long as the requirements were complete so that the community was very satisfied and felt helped. (say/yon)
