Breadfruit (malangkota.go.id) – Dieng park and pedestrian which is CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility_ed) from PT Bentoel Group is a beautiful gift for the City of Malang on its 103rd anniversary.
The Dieng Park and pedestrian area located in the Dieng area of Malang City was inaugurated by the Mayor of Malang, H. Moch. Anton, Saturday (1/4) accompanied by the Chairperson of the Malang City PKK TP, Hj. Dewi Farida Suryani, President Commissioner of PT. Bentoel Group Hendro Martowardjoyo, as well as the Malang City Forkopimda and the Head of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) within the Malang City Government.
The existence of the Dieng park and pedestrian, said the Head of the Malang City Housing and Settlement Area Agency (Disperkim) Erik Setyo Santoso, ST, MT, further complements Malang City as the City of a Thousand Parks. In addition, it also supports the culture of walking and realizes Malang as a Livable City and a Healthy City.
Meanwhile, Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton in his speech said that the Dieng park and pedestrian are gifts for the community around the Dieng area. "Therefore, I hope that the surrounding community, in addition to being able to enjoy the existing facilities, should also participate in maintaining and preserving the facilities that have been provided," hoped the man who is familiarly called Abah Anton.
Appreciation and gratitude were also expressed to PT Bentoel Group, which for four consecutive years has participated in building Malang City through its CSR funding assistance.
“Starting from Trunojoyo Smart Park, Fireflies Park, Hidden Paradise in Slamet Park, and the last one is the pedestrian and Dieng park. This is a real manifestation of the good cooperation between PT. Bentoel Group and the Malang City Government," added Abah Anton.
"In the future, I hope that more companies will provide CSR funds to Malang City to support various developments in our city," he emphasized again.
On the same occasion, the signing of a cooperation agreement between PT. Bentoel Group and the Malang City Government was also carried out as well as the pinning of the Park Police hat. (say/yon)
