Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The synergy of movement was carried out by three Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Malang City Government, namely the Transportation Agency, the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP), and the Malang City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). Starting from orderly parking activities to the latest cleaning up of unauthorized advertising media that do not pay attention to the aesthetics of the city.
The operation held on Friday night (16/6) targeted the corners of the city and protocol roads. "We are doing this together because we (three OPDs) all have skilled field workers. For the Transportation Agency, of course this operation is also carried out so as not to disrupt the comfort of road users. And most importantly, Malang City always looks clean and tidy," said the Head of the Malang City Transportation Agency, Kusnadi, S.Sos.
This table tennis fan added that many road users have complained to the Transportation Agency about the existence of advertisements and banners that appear irregular, thus reducing the aesthetic value and disturbing the comfort of road users.
The same thing was expressed by the Head of Satpol PP of Malang City, Drs. Priyadi, MM. "One of the points that the Mayor of Malang ordered to Satpol PP of Malang City was to actively carry out control operations against unauthorized advertisements," he said.
"It's also sad to see advertisements that are put up carelessly. Some are nailed to trees, attached to electric poles and street lights, even used advertising cloth is often left on trees, to banners that are put up carelessly. Tonight's operation is focused on this, and we will continue to intensify it," continued the man who once served as the Klojen Sub-district Head.
Meanwhile, Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton responded well to the performance of the three synergistic OPDs. "In fact, the essence is not in the operation, but the main message is to build shared awareness. As I said during my presentation before the Adipura Kencana assessment board, the hardest work is not on the scale of physical construction, but more on mindset and a mental revolution that brings a new civilization. Where residents happily maintain the beauty, cleanliness and comfort of their city," he explained in the middle of an event at the Ministry of PUPR RI, Friday (16/6).
Therefore, the Mayor of Malang, who is more familiarly known as Abah Anton by the residents of Malang, advised that operations like this should not only be... rog-rog sour (just for a moment) but must be done continuously. (say/yon)
