Starfruit (malangkota.go.id) – Breaking the fast together with the Mayor of Malang with the Sub-district Social Welfare Workers (TKSK), Community Social Workers (PSM), Disaster Preparedness Cadets (Tagana), facilitators and companions of the Family Hope Program (PKH), along with 150 orphanage children in Malang City was held in the hall of the Malang City Social Service, Wednesday (21/6).
In his speech, the Mayor of Malang, who is usually called Abah Anton, said that the role of TKSK, PSM, Tagana, PKH facilitators and assistants is very important because without them it is very difficult to create a prosperous society.
"Through this breaking of the fast together activity, I hope that the ties between us can continue to be well maintained, and can also provide positive motivation for them to continue working," hoped Abah Anton.
In the event which was also attended by the Head of the Malang City Social Service and the giving of a sermon by Drs. H. Fatholarifin, MH, Abah Anton symbolically handed over 150 packages to children in orphanages in Malang City. (say/yon)
