Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Deputy Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji received an audience with Pasis (Student Officers) Dikreg (Regular Education) LV (55) Seskoad (Army Staff and Command School) Class of 2017 Bandung in the Expert Staff Meeting Room of Malang City Hall, Thursday (27/7).
The group of 19 people was led directly by Colonel. Inf. Junaidi. The student officers previously came from several military units located in Sabang to Merauke.
Assistant for Government and Social Welfare of the Malang City Regional Secretariat Drs. Abdul Malik, M.Pd along with related OPDs (Regional Apparatus Organizations) within the Malang City Government were also present to accompany Deputy Mayor Sutiaji.
In his speech, Deputy Mayor Sutiaji welcomed and expressed his gratitude to the audience group of Pasis Dikreg class 55 Seskoad TA 2017 for making Malang City Government as their destination city. "Hopefully through today's agenda there will be wisdom and new ideas that can be taken for the defense of our homeland," he hoped.
Sutiaji also conveyed various efforts and regulations that have been carried out by the Malang City Government in the context of disaster management in the region, especially in Malang City. "For Malang City, disaster management that occurs technically has been managed by the Malang City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), so that all disasters that often occur, such as landslides and floods will be handled immediately," explained Sutiaji.
Meanwhile, Colonel Inf. Junaidi said that his purpose and his entourage in coming to Malang City was to provide training to student officers, who would conduct research on disaster management synergy in Indonesia with the local government. "Especially those that have been established in the Malang City Government, in this case the related agencies," explained Junaidi.
The briefing or field lecture event began with an exchange of souvenirs from both parties which was then continued with a technical dialogue session by the relevant OPD. (say/yon)
