Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government received a comprehensive study work visit from the Semarang Regency Government, Central Java. This work visit was received by the Assistant for Economic Affairs of the Malang City Regional Secretariat, Ir. Diah Ayu Kusuma Dewi, MT at the Nusantara Room, Malang City Hall, Thursday (10/8).
The group of eight guests was led by the Assistant for General Administration of Semarang Regency Drs. Djarot Supriyoto, MM.
Assistant for Economic Affairs of the Regional Secretariat of Malang City Ir. Diah Ayu Kusuma Dewi, MT said that the realization of quality public services is one of the characteristics of good governance, and is the goal of the utilization of state apparatus.
"Efforts and strengthening to improve the quality of public services is a continuous activity program and requires commitment from all government officials," he explained.
Along with this, the Malang City Government continues to strive to accelerate the improvement of the quality of public services of government agencies, namely by making various breakthroughs or innovations that can provide benefits to the community.
"To facilitate access and shorten the span of service control, a mobile service car has been provided that is ready to pick up the ball in various crowded places, such as town squares, terminals, malls, and others," he added.
Meanwhile, Drs. Djarot Supriyoto, MM in his speech expressed his gratitude for receiving the comprehensive study work visit from the Semarang Regency Government, Central Java.
"Our purpose and goal in visiting the Malang City Government is to find out about how the work procedures of the Malang City Government SKPD are assessed. Hopefully there are results that we can get from our meeting today," Djarot hoped. (say/yon)
