Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – In order to optimize the excellent service system for the community, the Malang City Regional Tax Service Agency (BP2D), formerly known as the Malang City Regional Revenue Service (Dispenda), continues to carry out outreach activities.

One of the routine agendas is opening tax services every mid-month in shopping centers (malls). In addition to aiming to improve services and provide convenience in paying taxes for the community, officers also conduct data collection on potential new Taxpayers (WP) in the surrounding areas, such as Restaurant WP, Hotel WP, Advertising WP, and so on.
Today, Tuesday (15/8), the BP2D of Malang City in collaboration with Bank Jatim Malang will open a service booth in the Malang Town Square (Matos) area located on Jl. Veteran starting at 10.00 WIB.
"We want to do effective and efficient work through this outreach system, while also providing extra services to the community. Especially Taxpayers, so that they can directly pay their tax obligations on site," said Head of BP2D Malang City Ir. Ade Herawanto, MT, Monday (14/8).
Ade emphasized that this service was encouraged with the hope that taxpayers would no longer lose time and energy by leaving their place of business just to pay their restaurant tax to the Malang City BP2D Office at the Block Office (Integrated Office) located on Jl. Mayjend Sungkono Kedungkandang.
"In addition, we also conduct data collection on potential new businesses so that they can later become registered taxpayers at BP2D," continued the former Head of Public Relations of the Malang City Regional Secretariat.
Types of taxes that can be paid on the spot not only Restaurant Tax, but also Advertising Tax to Land and Building Tax (PBB). So people who are visiting the shopping center can immediately make payments on the spot.

In addition to collecting regional taxes, BP2D officers will also provide outreach to the public who want to know the ins and outs of the world of regional taxation and how to pay it, both through manual and electronic systems. or e-Tax via the Multifunction Online Tax Car.
