Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In an effort to boost people's creativity in entrepreneurship, the Malang City Cooperative and Micro Business Service is increasingly enthusiastic in holding various programs. Among them is holding a training on making processed food products which was held at the Pelangi Hotel, Tuesday (29/8).
The training attended by 120 participants is an activity to develop the ability and work skills for community micro businesses. The training was opened directly by the Head of the Cooperatives and Micro Business Service of Malang City Dra. Tri Widyani P., M.Si.
Tri Widyani said that under the leadership of Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton, the Malang City Government continues to strive to advance the cooperative and small and medium enterprise sectors.
"Before becoming mayor, H. Moch. Anton was an entrepreneur. He wanted many new entrepreneurs to be born from Malang City," said Yani, Tri Widyani's nickname, Tuesday (29/8).
Yani hopes that the training participants will be able to make good use of this training so that they can absorb and gain as much knowledge as possible, so that later the participants can become successful entrepreneurs.
The head of the event, Wahyu Widodo, said that the training was attended by 120 participants divided into two groups. The first group took part in training to make processed food products, while the second group received screen printing training.
"For processed food products, participants are given training materials on making vegetable noodles, meatballs, snacks, modern cakes and decorating tarts," said Wahyu.
The training was held for three days, starting from Tuesday (29/8) to Thursday (31/8). Although it was relatively short, Wahyu hopes that all participants can follow the training as well as possible so that they can get many benefits.
This activity also presents competent speakers in their fields. Among them are Irfan Fatoni who presents material on building strong and independent entrepreneurs, Indah Dewi Nurhayati who discusses business marketing strategies, Winarto with entrepreneurship material, and Vicky Arief Heinadharma with business model canvas material.
