Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government received a visit from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPANRB), Wednesday (6/9). The KemenPANRB group was received in the Tumapel Room of Malang City Hall. Two people from the Deputy for Public Services of KemenPANRB, Agus Fabriantoro and Lies Woro Susanti attended the activity.

Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of public service providers is part of the follow-up to Malang City being selected as a role model among 71 districts/cities in Indonesia.
Present at this activity were Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Malang City Government related to public services such as the Malang City Hospital, the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service (Dispendukcapil), and the Malang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Service (DPM-PTSP).
Assistant for Government and Public Welfare of the Regional Secretariat of Malang City, Drs. Abdul Malik, M.Pd, expressed his gratitude and said that it was an honor for the Malang City Government to receive a visit from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform.
"After last year, Malang City won two awards at once, namely the Population and Civil Registration Service as a role model for organizing public services with a very good category, and the Integrated Licensing Service Agency (now DPM-PTSP) as a role model for organizing public services in category A. Both OPDs are trying to maintain it, and Malang City Hospital is a new regional apparatus that is participating in this event," said Malik.
The visit from the Ministry of PANRB was to find out the performance of public servants in Malang City as well as to evaluate what needs to be improved, as well as what things must be maintained.
"Regarding matters of service policy, HR professionalism, facilities and infrastructure, public service information systems, complaint consultations and public service innovations, we pay close attention," explained Agus Fabriantoro.
The event was then continued with a dialogue accompanied by a direct review to the Malang City Hospital and to the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Service and the Malang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Service. (say/yon)
