Klojen, (malangkota.go.id) – A capable and competent manager in developing a business is needed by cooperatives so that they can grow quickly. This was addressed by the Cooperative and Micro Business Service of Malang City by holding a Competency Improvement for Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP)/Savings and Loan Business (USP) Managers at the Kartika Hotel, Tuesday (12/9).
Head of the Cooperative and UM Service Dra. Tri Widyani P., M.Si said that the Malang City Government is very serious in fostering and developing cooperatives throughout Malang City.
"The role of cooperative managers is very important to develop cooperatives rapidly. For that, it is very important to carry out this activity," explained Yani, Tri Widyani's nickname.
From this activity, Yani hopes to further encourage cooperative managers in Malang City. Because only with good spirits can any problem be overcome.
"In this era, everything changes so fast. Not only does it change every day, every second changes, and so do cooperatives," Yani emphasized.
Yani hopes that the existence of cooperatives today can be even better in facing the development of the times. Including how to compete to develop businesses so as not to lose to modern stores. So that it can be even better in improving the welfare of its members.
Meanwhile, Head of the Cooperative and UM Service Drs. M Rabidin, MM said that this activity was intended to develop the capabilities of cooperative managers in Malang City. As time goes by, the development of the business world is currently very tight, brilliant and capable cooperative managers are needed so that the cooperatives they manage can develop rapidly.
