Malang (malangkota.go.id) – Regional Secretary of Malang City Drs. Wasto, SH, MH opened the Opening Meeting of External Audit of ISO SMM (Quality Management Standard) 9001:2015 which was held in the Meeting Room of Malang City Hall, Monday (6/11). This activity was held for two days, namely Monday (6/11) to Tuesday (7/11) and there were visits to all parts of the Malang City Government environment
The activity was also attended by the Head of the Government Section of the Malang City Secretariat, Dicky Haryanto, SH, MM, Head of the Organization Section, Dwi Rahayu, SH, M. Hum, and Auditor of PT URS Indonesia, Yenni Yusanti. 25 participants from various OPDs within the Malang City Government also attended this activity.
Wasto said that the ISO SMM 9001:2015 management system has been tested and guaranteed to be good. Therefore, it must be able to meet the provisions recommended by the audit in order to improve the existing system in the Malang City Government environment.
"We need to be prepared together in terms of putting in place the systems that we must implement to be more transparent, fast, and measurable," explained Wasto.
Meanwhile, the auditor of PT URS Indonesia, Yenni explained the audit technique used is the sampling system. The purpose of this audit is to find field facts in each process and adjust them to the audit criteria.
"From the facts we see with the audit criteria, if there is a deviation then there is a non-conformity. In ISO there is no right or wrong, what exists is in accordance or not in accordance with the audit criteria," explained Yenni. (say)
