Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Planning, Research and Development Agency (Barenlitbang) continues to make various breakthroughs in introducing superior products. This time by holding the Research and Development Publication and Technology Innovation Publication at Malang City Hall, Tuesday (14/11).
This activity was attended by researchers and inventors of various innovations, including Anang Lastriyanto, Muhammad Khoirul Azis, M. Kom and Pangestu Rizki Lestari.
Anang Lestariyanto said, to be able to win the competition in the business world which is currently getting tighter, innovation is needed. A small example so far, Malang City has been synonymous with tempeh chips.
"In the future, other innovations need to be made. For example, innovations in menjes chips (tempe bungkil), bean sprout chips. Of course, that will attract visitors to Malang City," explained Anang.
In addition to making new innovations, he continued, it is also very necessary to create a market, so that in the future the products made can be successful in the market. For example, the existence of products such as cilok, sempol which are currently very popular in the market.
Meanwhile, Head of the Malang City Research and Development Agency, Dra. Rukayah, M.Si revealed that this publication activity is intended to introduce various innovation findings in Malang City. The hope is that the existing findings are not only documented in Barenlitbang. But can also be socialized to the community.
The event was attended by 150 participants from the Malang City Education Office, the Malang City Cooperative and Micro Business Office, the Malang City Trade Office, and the Malang City Social Service. In addition, it was also attended by the heads of sections in the Malang City sub-district environment, PKK sub-districts and districts throughout Malang City. (cah/ram)
