The importance of improving human resources in the Malang City Government environment, the Malang City Communication and Informatics Agency (Kominfo) held a 2017 Malang City ICT Infrastructure Evaluation Workshop at the Savana Hotel, Malang City, Tuesday (5/12).

Head of Informatics Applications (Aptika) of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, Ir. Titis Andayani MM, said that this activity was intended to find out to what extent the ICT infrastructure that had been built could support the implementation of the implementation good governance.
"Specifically, problems related to ICT infrastructure, internet connection, OPD e-mail usage, frequency of internet usage and use of management information systems and applications in OPD can be identified," explained Titis, Tuesday (5/12).
From this activity, in the future the quality of ICT infrastructure will continue to be improved so that services to the community will be even better.
This activity is also intended to evaluate the extent of the planning, implementation and achievement of performance processes that have been carried out so far. Where the success of a program is seen from the suitability between planning, implementation and results achieved with the main objective.
"This activity can be a provision for participants through advanced training in basic computer networks, so that they can overcome various problems in carrying out daily activities related to the use of ICT," he said later.
Apart from that, it is also to inform the results of monitoring and evaluation of conditions. exit ICT infrastructure in Malang City in 2017, as well as to identify difficulties and obstacles during the implementation of activities related to the use of ICT.
This workshop activity was opened by the Secretary of the Malang City Communication and Informatics Service, Ir. Yayuk Hermiati, MH representing the Head of the Malang City Communication and Informatics Service and was attended by 57 sub-districts in Malang City and from the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) within the Malang City Government.
"Through this event, we will provide advanced training on the basics of computer networks that were previously conducted in 2016," he explained.
