Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – Singha Merjosari Park is now more beautiful and has more complete rides. This time one of the theme parks received financial assistance Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from PT Telkomsel Indonesia in the form of 'Loop Arena' which contains play facilities for local residents.
Deputy Mayor of Malang Drs. Sutiaji together with the Head of the Planning, Research and Development Agency, Erik Setyo Santoso, ST, MT and representatives from PT Telkomsel directly inaugurated the new ride.
In his speech, Deputy Mayor Sutiaji expressed his appreciation for what PT Telkomsel has done by distributing CSR assistance for the construction of this playground. "On behalf of the Malang City Government, I express my gratitude and highest appreciation for the construction of this Loop Arena," he said, Saturday (9/12).
According to Deputy Mayor Sutiaji, the addition of this ride is very important to create a good recreational atmosphere for the community. The hope is that with this ride, new ideas and concepts will be born in an effort to build Malang City in the future. "The community wants a recreational atmosphere like this, so that their minds fresh after work," he added.
On this occasion, Sutiaji also advised the public to work together to maintain the newly inaugurated facility properly and not to carry out any detrimental actions.
"Building is easy, but maintaining is harder. Therefore, it requires collective awareness in maintaining the facilities that have been given to the people of Malang City," he said.
Deputy Mayor Sutiaji also advised the Malang City Housing and Settlement Agency (Disperkim) to continue developing ideas and creativity in efforts to build and beautify parks and rides that have received a lot of attention from the public.
Head of the Malang City Planning, Research and Development Agency (Barenlitbang) and Acting Head of the Malang City Disperkim Erik Setyo Santoso, ST, MT who was also present on this occasion said that Loop Arena was designed to provide a forum for young people to express their hobbies.
"For the Loop Arena theme, there are many facilities provided through CSR from PT Telkomsel, starting from a 3 on 3 basketball arena, skate park and BMX, graffiti area, dancing," said Erik.
Not only that, PT Telkomsel also provides a bonus in the form of a play car for children which is intended for the traffic park in Taman Singha. So later children who play can learn to recognize traffic signs, such as no parking signs, stop signs and other signs. (say/cah/yon)
