Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – The extended family of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Malang City participated in the 72nd Ministry of Religious Affairs Day (HAB) Healthy Walk in 2018 which started and finished at MAN 2 Malang (ex MAN 3), Saturday (6/1). The event was even more lively because on this occasion the Mayor of Malang, H. Moch. Anton, was also present and presented prizes.
This fun walk took the route Jl. Bandung-Jl. Jakarta-Jl Gede-Jl. Retawu-Jl. Ijen-Jl. Bandung and returned to MAN 2 Malang. The faces of teachers and students who immortalized the moment with the Mayor of Malang, who is familiarly called Abah Anton, were gleamed with happiness.
Head of the Malang City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office Dr. H. Moh. Zaini, MM, M.BA revealed that the HAB Healthy Walk was attended by all officials, heads of madrasahs, Islamic boarding schools, and all students in the Malang City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office.
It is hoped that this healthy walk can be a means of friendship to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and brotherhood. And also good communication with all elements of society will greatly help the progress of the madrasah.
"We thank all parties who helped this very meaningful activity. We hope that it can continue to be done in the future," Zaini hoped, Saturday (6/1).
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Malang, H. Moch. Anton, admitted that he was happy to be present in person and share the happiness with students, teachers and all academicians at MAN 2 Malang. He hopes that this activity can further improve good relations with the Malang City Government.
"Madrasah has a very important role in supporting the progress of education in Malang City. We want this to continue to be improved in the future," hoped Abah Anton.
Abah Anton added, the vision of the madrasah is very good and in line with the vision of the dignified Malang City. Therefore, this equally good potential is expected to continue to be developed for the glory of the beloved Malang City. (cah/yon)
