Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton handed over the Regional Grant Agreement Manuscript (NPHD) which was received by the Malang City Police Chief AKBP Asfuri, SIK in the Malang Mayor's Office, Monday (8/1).
Also present to accompany and witness were the Regional Secretary of Malang City Drs. Wasto, SH, MH, Head of Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) within the Malang City Government, the ranks of the Malang City Police, the Secretary of the Malang City KPU, the Commissioners of the Malang City KPU and several members of Panwaslu.
The grant fund of Rp 7.475.658.000 will be used to secure the Malang City Pilkada and the East Java Gubernatorial Election in 2018.
The Mayor of Malang, who is often called Abah Anton, said that the grant funds that have been distributed are expected to be able to accommodate all the needs for securing the Pilkada in Malang City.
"Malang City must be an example for other regencies/cities that are also implementing the Regional Election in 2018. The implementation of the Regional Election in Malang City must run well and maintain high conduciveness, so that its people can cast their votes comfortably," said Abah Anton.
Meanwhile, AKBP Asfuri expressed his gratitude for the support provided by the Malang City Government to the Malang City Police in securing the Regional Election in Malang City.
"We will strive to provide the best service for the people of Malang City to continue to improve the conduciveness of Malang City which will face the implementation of the Regional Election in Malang City," said AKBP Asfuri.
He also hopes that all components in Malang City will also participate in supporting the work program of the Malang City Police in order to improve security in Malang City. (say/yon)
