He added that the Ministry of Home Affairs will also provide assistance and convenience in the process of promotion and provision of allowances.

"All of this is an effort by the Ministry of Home Affairs to improve the welfare of firefighters so that they will be motivated to work and provide services to the community. On the other hand, the work of firefighters is high risk and lives can be at stake, so this welfare improvement is also a significant program," explained Elvius.
