Malang City Population and Civil Registry Office Launches Mobile Service Car

Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In order to support the Indonesian Population Administration Awareness Movement (Adminduk), the Malang City Government launched a population administration service car, Monday (12/2).

Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton inaugurated the mobile service car of the Malang City Population and Civil Registry Service in the yard of Malang City Hall

This service car will later go around and provide outreach services for residents who need population administration services such as ID cards, birth certificates, death certificates and divorce certificates.

That was what was conveyed by the Mayor of Malang H. Moch. Anton after inaugurating the mobile service car of the Population and Civil Registration Service (Dispendukcapil) of Malang City in the front yard of Malang City Hall.

The man who is often called Abah Anton added that this program is also to serve residents who have high levels of activity every day, and this service will even operate until the evening.

The high activity of the community, according to Abah Anton, is one of the triggers for the neglect of population administration needs. Based on that, the Malang City Government through the Dispendukcapil launched a ball-picking service.

"One unit of this mobile car will later target crowded places such as markets and terminals," he continued.

"Various needs of residents related to population administration, such as ID cards and various certificates will be served quickly in minutes. Every day, this car will go around and wait for residents at predetermined places, including at 57 sub-district offices and five districts in turn," explained Abah Anton.

The launch of this program is also to support the Indonesian Adminduk Awareness Movement initiated by the central government. "Over time, if additional fleets are needed, we are ready to add them," said Abah Anton.

He further said that in addition to residents not having to queue for a long time at the Dispendukcapil office, this program also lightens the workload of ASN at the local Dispendukcapil.

"Through this outreach service, it is hoped that the community's need for population administration can be met properly. In addition, this is to encourage and facilitate residents in completing their population needs," concluded Abah Anton. (say/yon)
