They competed and produced various foods with various appetizing flavors with touches and other supporting ingredients. "With just a few additional ingredients such as eggs, flour and sausages, some delicious foods were created. Such as noodle balls, noodle skotel, noodle martabak and noodle lontong," explained Acting Mayor of Malang, Wahid Wahyudi after opening the event.
Not only can it be used as breakfast, he continued, these various foods also have economic value that can increase income. According to Wahid, this very good potential must continue to be explored and facilitated, especially by the local government, so that housewives who want to establish a culinary-based business can be helped.
"As with training, capital assistance, packaging and marketing, must be fully supported. Moreover, Malang is already very well known for its delicious culinary delights, and the City of Education with hundreds of thousands of students is also a potential market in the culinary world," added Wahyudi.
