The State Civil Service Agency (BKN) held a Coordination Meeting for the Strategic Plan for Internal Digitalization Transformation of the BKN Regional Office at the Sasana Budaya Building, State University of Malang, Tuesday (24/04/2018).
The event was attended by the Head of BKN RI Ir. Bima Haria Wibisana, MSIS, Assistant for General Administration of the Regional Secretariat of Malang City dr. Supranoto, M.Kes, Head of BKN Regional II Surabaya Tauchid Djatmiko, SH, M.Si, and Vice Rector II of Malang State University Prof. Dr. Wahjoedi, ME representing the Rector of UM Prof. Dr. H. AH. Rafiuddin, M.Pd.
The plan is that this activity will take place for the next three days, starting from 24-26 April 2018 and will be attended by participants from all regional offices in Indonesia.
In the speech of the Mayor of Malang read by the Assistant for General Administration of the Malang City Regional Secretariat, dr. Supranoto, M.Kes, he expressed his gratitude for making Malang City the venue for the coordination meeting.
In addition, Supranoto also said the importance of the quality of human resources (HR) which is the basis for the activities carried out by BKN. "That way, it can organize employees according to their education, experience and abilities," he continued.
The e-reform program that has been carried out by the Malang City Government is e-Simas (ASN Management Information System).
Meanwhile, the Head of BKN RI Ir. Bima Haria Wibisana, MSIS in his speech said, in this activity five things will be done, namely digitalization transformation, continuous socialization, BKN commitment, public relations sharing, and personnel service standards. "In the future we will leave the manual system. The consequence means that BKD must have prepared itself for the manual system," said Bima Haria. (ram/yon)
