Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – At the beginning of the month of Ramadan 1439 Hijriah, the Aksara Tumapel Malang Community once again shared happiness with orphans and the poor in the hall of the Malang City Regional Library and Archives Office, Friday (18/5).
The head of the event, M. Taufik, said that the activity of providing assistance and also breaking the fast with orphans was a form of gratitude.
"There are 200 orphans from orphanages and non-orphanages participating in this activity. We are very happy to be able to share happiness," said Taufik, Friday (18/5).
The activity was intentionally carried out at the beginning of the month of Ramadan in order to inspire the community and other parties to be more enthusiastic in sharing. In addition to providing assistance, this activity was also filled with other activities such as sharing stories from the Malang Storytelling Movement Community (Gendong), as well as spiritual showers from Ustad Hisyam.
The Head of the Aksara Tumapel Malang Community, Liga Alam expressed his gratitude for the assistance of various parties who cared and contributed to this activity. He said that many donors entrusted their fortune to be distributed to those in need.
"We are happy to be able to hold this activity again. We hope that in the future we can share more because there are still many parties in need," said Liga. (cah/yon)
