Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In the Holy Month of Ramadan 1439 Hijri, the Malang City Government once again shared happiness with orphans. The activity held in the front yard of Malang City Hall, Wednesday (6/6) was packaged in a breaking of the fast event together.
Regional Secretary of Malang City Drs. Wasto, SH, MH in his speech revealed that the activity of sharing happiness with orphans is an annual routine activity.
The donations given were the fortune collected from ASN Pemkot Malang to be distributed to orphans. "We really appreciate this activity. It is very good to be able to share happiness with others," said Wasto, Wednesday (6/6).
The provision of assistance to orphans is a form of concern from the Malang City Government to less fortunate children. Wasto also hopes that the recipients of assistance can make good use of what they have received.
In addition to being carried out by the Malang City Government, in Malang City similar activities are also carried out by agencies, private companies, and various other parties.
Wasto hopes that this kind of assistance will not only be done during the month of Ramadan, because according to him the needs of orphans are not only during Ramadan, but also in other months. "Don't look at the value, but the benefits," concluded Wasto. (cah/yon)
