Surabaya (malangkota.go.id) – The presentation by the Head of Blimbing Village in the context of the assessment of the East Java Provincial Village Competition was held at the Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD) of East Java Province, Thursday (5/7).
Blimbing Village Head Roni Kuncoro, S.STP and his wife explained in detail the geographical structure and potential of Blimbing Village in front of the assessment team consisting of various elements, including the East Java Province DPMD, the East Java Province Communication and Information Service, the East Java Province TP PKK, the Health Service, and the East Java Province Education Service.
Acting Mayor of Malang Drs. Sutiaji accompanied by the Regional Secretary of Malang City Drs. Wasto, SH, MH, Expert Staff for Development, Public Welfare and Human Resources Dr. Handi Priyanto, AP, M.Si, Head of Government Division Dicky Haryanto, Blimbing Sub-district Head and Village Heads throughout Blimbing Sub-district also attended to provide full support to the Village Head of Blimbing to undergo the assessment process.
"I will fully support Blimbing Village to undergo each stage of the assessment of this competition. One of them is by my presence here and responding to the assessment team's questions about the unemployment rate in Blimbing Village which I consider to be very static in percentage," said Sutiaji.
Head of the East Java Province DPMD Agus Wahyudi said that Malang City is the only city that brings the most complete team from top leaders to implementers in the field.
"It is an honor for us because the Acting Mayor and the Regional Secretary can attend in person. This shows that Malang City has a strong commitment to development at the sub-district level," said Agus.
After assessing the process of presenting the potential of the area by the Head of Blimbing Village, the assessment team will also send a team to conduct a survey and conduct direct assessments in the field. (say/yon)
