Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Secretary of the East Java Province Education and Training Agency (Diklat) Dr. Sucipto, SH, M.Si said that the Leadership Training was held to create transparent, innovative and creative leaders who are able to meet the demands of the community to provide the best service.
This was stated when giving a speech at the opening of the 201st Level IV Diklatpim Class at Wisma PSBB MAN 2 Malang, Wednesday (11/7).
Acting Mayor of Malang and Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang City also attended the opening of Diklatpim IV Batch 201 of the East Java Provincial Education and Training Agency at the Malang City Government this time.
Sucipto said that this training will run for a long time, namely for three months. According to him, this training is very important to improve the ability of state civil apparatus resources and create transparent leaders.
"The government is not only facing local challenges, but also facing local challenges that are no less difficult," said Sucipto, Wednesday (11/7).
These challenges include demands from society to improve their fate, improve resources, improve services, and demands to improve the quality of ASN human resources.
Likewise, Acting Mayor of Malang Drs. Sutiaji in his speech also said that ASN in the future must be futuristic, innovative and acculturative. In this case, it leads to competence and professionalism in the context of public service.
“We don't need super man, but it takes a super team. Between OPDs one with another must be able to work together well, eliminate the feeling of suspicion between ASN," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Malang City BKD, Dra. Anita Sukmawati explained that the participants of the Level IV Diklatpim Batch 201 were 40 ASN in the Malang City Government.
He hopes that this activity can further improve the quality of human resources owned by the Malang City Government. (cah/yon)
