Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service held Coaching and Work Skills Training to Improve the Quality of Micro Enterprises through Advanced Processing Training at the Pelangi Hotel, Malang City, Monday (16/07/2018).
Head of the Cooperatives and Micro Business Service of Malang City Dra. Tri Widyani P., M.Si revealed that the Malang City Government is very serious about developing small business actors in Malang City. This activity is an advanced level of business training to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in Malang City.
"We want to continue to improve human resources in Malang City, small businesses in this city are able to compete at the national and even international level," explained Yani, Tri Widyani's nickname.
This advanced training, he said, is expected to be more independent. Where small business actors, especially in the culinary sector, can read opportunities and meet the many creative and innovative requests.
"We want business actors, especially in the processed sector, to not only be able to cook and fry. But more than that, we want these business actors to be creative in marketing their businesses," Yani emphasized.
In addition, it is also about how to help small businesses make products that meet existing regulatory standards, for example packaging, business permits, accessing capital, managing halal permits and so on.
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive of the event, Wahyu Widodo, said that this event was attended by 60 participants and will be held until July 20, 2018.
"We present speakers for this activity from the Business Clinic of the Cooperative and Micro Business Service of Malang City, successful entrepreneurs to share knowledge as well as academics," explained Wahyu. (cah/ram)
