Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service held a Workshop on Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures for Cooperative Savings and Loan Management at the Sahid Montana Hotel, Malang, Tuesday (31/7).

Head of the Financing and Restructuring Section of Cooperative Businesses of the Cooperatives and Micro Business Service of Malang City, I Woja Kullu, SE, said that this activity was held to improve the human resources (HR) of Cooperatives in Malang City, especially cooperatives engaged in savings and loans.
"Learning Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) will greatly help cooperatives grow rapidly. Through this workshop we want to continue to spur the development of cooperatives," said I Woja, Tuesday (31/7).
This activity was attended by 70 cooperatives in Malang City. I Woja admitted that having a good SOP will greatly support the improvement of the quality of cooperatives and the trust of its members and the community.
The Cooperatives and Micro Business Service of Malang City will also continue to provide guidance to cooperatives. I Woja said that if currently more discussion is on SOP, in the next activity will discuss other materials related to guidance to cooperatives in Malang City.
This workshop brought in speakers who are experts in their fields, including from the East Java Provincial Cooperatives and UMKM Service, the Malang City Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service, and the Telkom Cooperative.
Telkom Cooperative was involved in this activity because Telkom Cooperative is one of the best cooperatives in Malang City.
"Telkom Cooperative has just won second place in the East Java cooperative competition. We deliberately present it here to be able to share knowledge and experience in cooperative management," concluded I Woja. (cah/yon)
