Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – Now paying Urban Land & Building Tax (PBB) will be made easier. To fulfill tax obligations, the public can utilize the system host-to-host through Bank Jatim banking services.

Through the system host-to-host, Malang City residents can make payments even without bringing the PBB Tax Payable Notification Letter (SPPT).
“It is enough to justentry Tax Object Number (NOP), then the data of the relevant WP (Taxpayer) will appear. Payment transactions can be done immediately," explained Bank Jatim Malang Customer Service Supervisor, Dwiana Sulistyaningrum, Tuesday (07/08).
With an integrated online system e-Channel, transactions can be done through the application M-Banking, SMS Banking or direct transactions at Bank Jatim ATM machines.
"Once in the application, WP immediately inputs the NOP data and the tax period to be paid. If the transaction is successful, a validation code will appear to be saved," continued Nana, her nickname.
This validation code is required for taxpayers who want to print a copy of the SPPT or request proof of payment of PBB at Bank Jatim or the Regional Tax Service Agency (BP2D). People who want to request a copy of the SPPT PBB will still be served as usual during working hours.
"Meanwhile, for taxpayers who use this service but make payments from other bank accounts, please confirm first with Bank Jatim," continued Nana.
Referring to data collected by BP2D Malang City until July 31, 2018, from the Urban PBB sector burdened with a target of Rp57 billion, Rp50 billion has been received. This means that the percentage of achievement of the target has reached 88 percent.
