Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The recent shortage of 3-kilogram LPG supplies in Malang City has received attention from Pertamina. Facing complaints from residents about the shortage, Pertamina will increase the supply of LPG to Malang.
Senior Sales Executive LPG VI, Ancala Egah revealed that currently Pertamina has increased the supply of LPG to Malang, usually 35.500 cylinders. But currently it has been supplied up to 70.000 cylinders.
"There is a 200 percent increase in the need, usually in Malang City 35.000 cylinders to around 70.000," explained Ancala, Friday (24/08/2018).
Ancala said that due to this scarcity, Pertamina did not reduce the supply of LPG to Malang City. The difficulty for consumers to obtain LPG is inseparable from the increase in demand for LPG along with the arrival of Eid al-Adha 1439 H/ 2018 M.
Currently, Pertamina continues to increase supervision and improve the distribution of 3-kilogram LPG so that it can be more targeted. So far, Pertamina's supervision can only reach the base and agent, while at the retail level it is done together with the government. (cah/ram/yon)
