Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) held a TNI, Polri and BPBD Synergy Forum in the Framework of Disaster Risk Reduction with the theme 'Increasing Multi-Party Cooperation in Disaster Risk Reduction in Malang City' which was held at the Grand Palace Hotel, Thursday (30/8).
Head of BPBD Malang City Drs. J. Hartono revealed that to handle and face disasters, preparation must be done. Cooperation with various parties must also continue to be carried out so that whenever a disaster occurs, its handling can be done as well as possible.
"The TNI/Polri apparatus has been very helpful in various activities related to disaster management. We hope that with this activity, the TNI/Polri together with BPBD can synergize even more," Hartono hoped, Thursday (30/8).
The activity, which was attended by participants from the TNI, Polri, BPBD, and community elements, is expected to further increase the solidarity of all personnel, both inside and outside the field. According to him, only with solidarity and togetherness, no matter how heavy the task is, will it feel light.
Meanwhile, the Assistant for Government and Social Welfare of the Malang City Regional Secretariat Drs. Abdul Malik, M.Pd in his speech expressed his gratitude to the TNI, Polri who have played a large role in helping the Malang City Government so that Malang City remains conducive and increasingly resilient in carrying out various tasks.
