Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Acting Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji, Regional Secretary of Malang City and staff received the presence of the Head of RW 23 Purwantoro Village, Ir. Bambang Irianto in the front yard of Malang City Hall, Monday (03/09/2018).
Bambang Irianto's presence at Malang City Hall, which was paraded by the Willys Malang Community, was to present the award he received from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, through the Indonesian Ministry of Environment in the form of the Kalpataru Cup in the field of Environmental Development.
He received this award for his achievement in initiating Kampung Glintung Go Green (Kampung 3G) with residents of RW 23, Purwantoro Village, Blimbing District, Malang City.
In his speech, Bambang Irianto invited the people of Malang City to work together to maintain the thematic villages that have been built.
The chairman of RW 23 is very grateful for the awards and achievements he has achieved. He also expressed his thanks to all parties who participated in realizing the 3G Village.
"I am very grateful for this award. (The award) is extraordinary and the hard work of the RW 23 Purwantoro community for 6 years," he said.
Meanwhile, Acting Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji expressed his gratitude to Ir. Bambang Irianto who has worked hard with sincerity so that he has succeeded in getting awards from national to international levels.
"This award was not easily obtained by Mr. Bambang Irianto. There was struggle and hard work and sincere work," said Sutiaji.
Therefore, Sutijai invited RT/RW in Malang City to learn from Kampung 3G, because currently many RT/RW from outside the city are studying in Kampung 3G. (ram/yon)
