Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – As the younger generation becomes more creative and innovative, especially in entrepreneurship, the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) of the Republic of Indonesia, Rini M. Soemarno, encourages and appeals to various parties, especially BUMN, to help create independent and resilient entrepreneurs.
This was conveyed by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Rini M. Soemarno after attending the 2018 Independent Young Entrepreneur Award event at Brawijaya University, Malang, Saturday (15/09).
For the private sector, this program can be realized with CSR funds. (Corporate Social Responsibility), and for the government, it can be done through various policies that support or are directly related to the growth and development of new, strong MSME actors.
Business capital is one of the main factors to consider when starting a business, especially for the younger generation who want to become entrepreneurs. In this regard, the government and private sector, especially BUMN, are urged to facilitate it. Such as through the allocation of CSR funds and easy and fast loan application procedures from banks must be implemented.
The presence of BUMN creative houses and award events like this can be utilized by prospective and existing MSMEs so that they receive business capital injections.
In several ministries, Minister Rini explained that there is actually a budget allocation for MSMEs, but it has not been optimized because it is hampered by regulations. Therefore, the Ministry of SOEs will encourage and will strive so that the budget can be absorbed optimally.
Therefore, according to him, synergy between the government, private sector and other related parties is very much needed so that in the future more new entrepreneurs will be born who are strong and independent. "The role of educational institutions is also needed so that the character and character of young people are formed strongly to become true entrepreneurs, and no longer have an employee mentality," he said.
"With the encouragement and appeal from the Ministry of SOEs, for the government and private sector, it is hoped that it will continue to grow or produce many young entrepreneurs who are tough and have high competitiveness in various situations," concluded Minister Rini. (say/yon)
