Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The management of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of Malang City for the 2018-2022 period under the leadership of Eddy Wahyono was inaugurated and confirmed by the Deputy General Chairperson I of KONI East Java Province La Nyalla Mahmud Mattalitti at the Aria Gajayana Hotel Malang, Wednesday (3/10).
Eddy Wahyono was elected as the Chairman of KONI Malang City for the 2018-2022 period in the 2018 Malang City Sports Conference (Musorkot) of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) which was held at the Savana Hotel, Saturday (23/06).
Eddy Wahyono said KONI Malang City continues to improve to be able to help more and more sports branches under its auspices to achieve more and higher achievements. In order for KONI Malang City's performance to be more efficient, KONI Malang City has also experienced a streamlining of the fields within it from previously 12 fields to now only eight fields. "We hope KONI Malang City can achieve more optimally in the field of sports," said Eddy, Wednesday (3/10).
He added that in order for Malang City's achievements in the field of sports to be even better, KONI Malang City needs to be managed seriously.
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji, hopes that the inauguration and confirmation of the KONI Malang City management will bring more benefits to Malang City.
Where through the field of sports, hopefully it can make the name of the city famous in various sports arenas at the national and international levels.
"We hope the new captain of KONI Malang City can bring even more achievements to Malang City," Sutiaji hoped. (cah/yon)
