Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Good news for the people of East Java, including the residents of Malang City. Because the East Java Provincial Government has issued a regional tax exemption policy for two objects.
Both are exemption from the principal Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee for the second and subsequent transfers, as well as exemption from administrative sanctions for Motor Vehicle Tax and Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee.
Based on the Regulation of the Governor of East Java Number 88 of 2018 concerning Regional Tax Exemption for the People of East Java on the two objects, it will start from September 24 to December 15, 2018.
Article 3 of East Java Governor Regulation No. 88 of 2018 states that the Head of the East Java Provincial Regional Revenue Agency implements, coordinates and evaluates the implementation of this gubernatorial regulation.
The East Java Gubernatorial Regulation was followed up by the Regional Revenue Agency by sending letters to all regional governments throughout East Java to conduct outreach in their respective regions.
Responding to this, the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji, invited the entire community to take advantage of this policy because it can ease the administrative burden as well as an effort to increase awareness in paying taxes.
"In addition to being awaited by the public, relief like this is also aimed at increasing collective awareness in paying regional taxes," said Sutiaji, Wednesday (03/10).
The Mayor of Malang also appealed to the public to actively participate because an opportunity like this does not happen all year round. "Therefore, on behalf of the Malang City Government, I appeal to the public to make the most of this tax exemption moment," said Sutiaji. (say/yon)
