Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji led the morning assembly of State Civil Apparatus in the Malang City Government environment which was held in the front yard of Malang City Hall, Monday (8/10). On this occasion, the Mayor of Malang reminded the ASN about discipline.
In his direction, Sutiaji said one thing he wanted was for all ASN in the Malang City Government to be disciplined in various fields. Be it discipline in speaking, acting, behaving, and also in working.
"Just like the sun that is disciplined in rising from the east in the morning, and setting in the west," said Sutiaji as an illustration.
If the sun shifts just a little bit and does not rotate according to its path, he continued, then there will be problems. Likewise with discipline, if even a little ASN Malang City is not disciplined, there will definitely be problems.
"It means that if there is even a little bit of indiscipline, there will definitely be something wrong. Including administrative indiscipline, then there will be problems later on," explained Sutiaji.
Of all the things done with discipline, Sutiaji said the goal is to create a Dignified City of Malang, all of which requires togetherness and solidarity to be able to carry out the mandate that has been given.
On this occasion, Sutiaji also asked ASN to be more vigilant and avoid spreading hoaxes, gossip here and there which will clearly be very detrimental. (cah/yon)
