Ministry of Communication and Information Technology Holds Socialization and Technical Guidance for Sambat Online V. 2.0

Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In order to improve the human resources (HR) of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Malang City Government in providing services to the community, the Malang City Communication and Informatics Service (Kominfo) held a Socialization and Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for Sambat Online Version 2.0 at the Grand Palace Hotel, Malang City, Monday (26/11).

Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service Zulkifli Amrizal, So.Sos, M.Si when opening and providing material in the Socialization and Technical Guidance for Sambat Online V. 2.0

Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, Zulkifli Amrizal, S.Sos, M.Si, was present to open the activity and provide material on managing public service complaints to activity participants from regional apparatus organizations (OPD) within the Malang City Government.

Sambat Online (Integrated Online Community Questioning Application System) was first launched on May 20, 2016. Sambat takes the term from Javanese which means to complain, and this application is indeed a medium for Malang City residents to complain to the Malang City Government.

In his speech, Zulkifli said that in order to improve services to the public, the Communication and Information Service continues to improve various programs it has, including the Sambat Online public complaint program which continues to be developed.

"Previously, the Sambat Online application was simple, but now in version 2.0 it is even more complex," explained Zulkifli, Monday (26/11).

Zulkifly explained that with the upgrade of the online Sambat program to version 2, more socialization is needed. Hopefully, all ASN in the Malang City government can be better in providing services to the community.

"Unlike the previous system, Sambat Online version 2.0 will be directly connected to the Lapor application owned by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPANRB)," said Zulkifli.

So later any reports, complaints or grievances from the public that enter Sambat Online which has been integrated with Lapor will be automatically known to KemenPANRB. "We hope that with this activity, you can be better at providing information to the public," hoped Zulkifli.

"Sambat Online Version 2.0 is a form of commitment from the Malang City Government to work with the community to improve supervision of development programs and public services in Malang City," he concluded. (cah/yon)
