Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Dissemination of Legal Information and Housing Financing Policies activity held by the Directorate General of Housing Financing, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) of the Republic of Indonesia at the Montana Hotel, Malang City, Wednesday (28/11) was opened by the Deputy Mayor of Malang.
In his speech, Deputy Mayor of Malang Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko expressed his appreciation for the activity involving participants from the provincial government, city/district governments, and from the banking sector.
"So far, many regulations have been issued by the central government, but in the regions, many do not know. Therefore, socialization like this is very necessary," explained Bung Edi, the nickname of Sofyan Edi Jarwoko, Wednesday (28/11).
By knowing the various latest regulations, it will be a very important provision for the ranks of the Malang City Government to work better, including being able to solve various housing problems.
Over time, Bung Edi explained that problems in the area will emerge, such as those related to public facilities (fasum). Given that so far there have often been complaints from the community about developers who do not fulfill their obligations according to the agreed promises.
Likewise, many developers build small-scale housing, and sometimes the construction does not take into account road access and drainage, which can cause problems in the future.
"Not to mention in the border areas that are not included in the city area, it turns out that they are also not included in the district area which has also happened so far. This clearly requires a solution that can be obtained from activities like this," said Bung Edi. (cah/yon)
