Together with Deputy Mayor, Klojen Market Traders Move to New Place

Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Deputy Mayor of Malang Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko also accompanied Klojen Market traders who moved from the shelter to the new Klojen Market location, Friday (14/12/2018).

Accompanied by the Head of the People's Market Management Division of the Malang City Trade Service, Eko Syah, the Deputy Mayor of Malang also directly reviewed the new Klojen Market building.

In his speech, the man who is more familiarly called Bung Edi said that Klojen Market is one of the leading markets in Malang City which in the future will also be used as a Halal Market. "With this market, I hope that the needs of the people of Malang City will also be more easily met," he hoped.

Bung Edi also advised the market traders to help maintain the cleanliness and care for the new Klojen Market building. "The cleanliness and beauty of this market is our shared responsibility, especially the traders who sell in this market," said the bespectacled man.

Around 229 traders at Klojen Market are expected to be able to serve the community around the Klojen Market area starting Monday (17/12/2018).

"After Klojen Market, the next is Bunul Market which will soon be completed so that traders are more comfortable with a clean and tidy market atmosphere. The public can also shop in peace," concluded Bung Edi. (say/yon)
