Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Industry Service held a Public Test of the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) on the Malang City Industrial Development Plan at the Regent's Park Hotel, Wednesday (19/12).
In the public test involving all stakeholders, regional apparatus organizations, MSMEs, and academics, it was attended directly by the Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji.
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji revealed that in Malang City to build an industrial area must consider that currently the available land is increasingly limited.
"How do we create industries that are widespread but do not cause pollution," said Sutiaji.
He added that the progress of the era along with the advancement of technology in the 4.0 era is very suitable for Malang City, where Malang City is currently continuing to develop the existing creative economic potential.
In the future, Malang City must be able to create many creative economic actors by maximizing the potential that exists in Malang City.
"From this activity, it is expected that a development planning document for industrial development in Malang City will be prepared that is in sync with the provincial industrial development planning document (RPIP) and refers to the national industrial direction (RIPIN)," he concluded. (cah/yon)
