Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – The National Land Agency (BPN) of Malang City held a Declaration of Development of Integrity Zone Towards Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM), Tuesday (08/01/2019).
This declaration is a manifestation of agreement and joint commitment from all work areas in the National Land Agency in combating corruption.
Head of the Malang City BPN, Masduki, said that this program is also a derivative or extension of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Land Management/BPN which has been rolled out since 2016.
Providing the best service to the community and being free from corruption, he emphasized, is one of the efforts to improve work ethics and will lead an institution in a better direction in the future.
"All of that will be realized well if initiated and carried out by all personnel in an agency without exception. This declaration is the first step towards a corruption-free area and towards a clean bureaucracy serving," explained Masduki.
Masduki further said that his party would not tolerate any form of corruption, no matter how small, because no matter how much it is, once it is corrupt, it is still called corruption.
"We have also formed a code of ethics team and a bureaucratic reform implementation team that will work intensively to ensure that there is no corruption," he explained again.
What was initiated by the Head of the Malang City BPN was welcomed and appreciated by the Mayor of Malang, Drs H. Sutiaji.
He said, with activities like this, in the future there will be no more levies or other things that trigger corruption. (say/yon)
