1. FOOD :Pioneering in the food sector is a real work initiated by young people in every idea, thought, action, pioneering behavior related to the food sector.

2. EDUCATION: Pioneering in the field of education is a real work initiated by young people in every idea, thought, action, pioneering behavior, related to the field of education.

3. SOCIO-CULTURE, TOURISM & NATIONAL DEFENSE: Pioneering in the socio-cultural and tourism fields is a real work initiated by young people in every idea, thought, action, pioneering behavior, related to natural resource management activities.

4. COMMUNICATION, INFORMATION AND APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY: Pioneering in the field of Communication, Information and Appropriate Technology is a real work initiated by young people in every idea, thought, action, pioneering behavior, related to Communication, Information and Appropriate Technology activities.

1. Indonesian citizens (who are domiciled and have a Malang City ID card).
2. Aged 16-30 years (According to Law No. 40 of 2009) Attach a photocopy of the birth certificate.
3. Not a Civil Servant (PNS), State/Regional-Owned Agency Employee (BUMN/BUMD) and not currently receiving a scholarship or research assignment from an agency/institution
4. The pioneering achievements have been implemented for at least 2 (two) years.
5. Never committed any despicable or detrimental act against society and/or the environment (marked by a Certificate of Local Police Records).
6. Medical certificate
7. Never received the best awards I, II and III in the National Youth Pioneer Selection and other awards from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
