Kojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Department of Culture and Tourism (Disbudpar) will continue to collect data on historical relics. This program involves various communities and cultural activists so that the results will be more optimal.

This was conveyed by the Head of the Malang City Culture and Tourism Office, Ida Ayu Made Wahyuni, SH, M.Si, Friday (18/01/2019). This data collection was carried out considering that in Malang City there are many relics of goods and buildings that have historical value.
According to Ida, in Malang City there are many relics from the Kanjuruhan Kingdom in the form of sites and other historical objects. Therefore, various historical objects must be documented.
"In addition to being a cultural wealth, various historical objects will be learning materials for the current generation. From a history, it will help educate the nation's children," he explained further.
The younger generation, Ida explained, can also learn and learn about various histories at the Empu Purwa Museum. "In that place (Empu Purwa Museum) it is also one of the educational tourism destinations, so it will also increase the number of tourist visits to Malang City from time to time," she concluded.
